Platform purpose
Global Excellence Certification provides proctored assessments, digital credentials, certificate verification, certified-candidate discovery, recruitment workflows, and authorized-partner services.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and use only their own account. Organizations are responsible for users acting under their employer or partner account.
Examination rules
Candidates must complete identity checks, satisfy technical requirements, remain visible and audible where required, share the requested screen, avoid unauthorized assistance or devices, and follow all instructions. Integrity events may result in manual review, result withholding, disqualification, certificate revocation, suspension, or other proportionate action.
Results and retakes
Scores are calculated under the rules assigned to each certification. A failed candidate cannot retake the same certification until the configured waiting period has elapsed; the default is 90 days. Results under integrity review are not final until approved.
Credentials
Certificates remain subject to status, expiry, and revocation. A verification result shown by the platform is the authoritative platform record. Users may not alter, forge, resell, or misrepresent a credential.
Candidate and employer conduct
Candidates must keep CV and employment information accurate. Employers may use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and must not scrape, resell, misuse, or contact candidates outside permitted purposes. GEC does not guarantee employment, candidate performance, or hiring outcomes.
Partners
Authorized partners must submit accurate data, maintain evidence of required consent, secure API credentials, and comply with all partner and communication rules. Access may be suspended for misuse.
Payments
Applicable fees, currency, and refund conditions are displayed before payment. Payment-provider confirmation controls whether an examination booking is treated as paid.
Availability and liability
The platform is maintained with reasonable operational safeguards, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Liability and warranty provisions must be completed for the operating company and governing jurisdiction before launch.
Changes and contact
Material updates may be communicated through the platform. Questions should be sent to admin@globalemploymentcertifications.world. This deployment template must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before public launch.
